Lane Cove Aquatic Leisure Centre

Lane Cove Aquatic Leisure Centre
Description
Lane Cove Aquatic Leisure Centre is the refreshed family-favourite Lower North Shore aquatic centre, tucked behind the village on Little Street and run by BlueFit for Lane Cove Council. The big drawcard is the heated outdoor 50-metre pool that reopened in October 2020 after a $12 million redevelopment — alongside a trio of indoor heated pools (a 25m lap pool, a warm-water program pool, and the warm shallow leisure pool that toddlers adore).
Why We Love It
Outdoor heated 50m pool with 8 lanes, a movable boom wall and an 800-seat grandstand — serious swim laps with sunshine on top, year-round.
Warm, shallow indoor leisure pool with walk-in entry — the toddler hero, perfect for confident first paddles regardless of the weather.
Something for every swimmer across four pools — the indoor 25m for laps, the warm-water program pool for learn-to-swim and bubs, plus the outdoor 50m for the big kids and the dedicated.
Our Cafe terrace overlooking the 50m pool, with coffee, sandwiches, organic kids' snacks and ice creams — exactly what tired post-swim children want.
Excellent accessibility with a pool-deck-level adult change facility with hoist and adult change table, a ramp into the pool, and Companion Card accepted (free entry for support persons).
BlueFit swim school on-site running year-round from infants to squads, with two free trial lessons for new enrolments.
Full gym, sauna, steam room and spa upstairs, plus a creche for members (Mon–Fri mornings) — handy if you want a workout while the toddler is minded.
