Flip Out Gladesville is a two-level indoor trampoline and adventure park on Victoria Road in Sydney's Inner West — the kind of place where kids burn off a week's worth of energy in an hour flat. Wall-to-wall trampolines, a multi-storey soft play zone for toddlers, a ninja course, parkour zones, climbing walls, slides, foam pits and an airbag jump all sit under one air-conditioned roof, with eight themed party rooms on the mezzanine.

Tips
Grip socks are mandatory: You'll need Flip Out branded grip socks to jump. Bring a previous pair from another visit or buy at reception (~$5).
Sign waivers online before arriving: Every jumper needs a signed waiver — filling it in online beforehand saves queue time at check-in. Parents or guardians sign on behalf of minors.
Book online — sessions sell out: Weekends, public holidays and school holidays especially. Book through the VenueSumo system linked from the official Flip Out Gladesville page.
Playgroup is the sweet spot for under-5s: Weekday mornings only (excludes weekends, school holidays and public holidays) — up to 3 hours with a parent or guardian and a child under 5, away from the bigger-kid chaos.
Cheap days: Manic Monday is from $10/hr/person and Tuesdays often run a buy-one-get-one-free deal. Worth steering school-holiday plans to a Monday or Tuesday if budget matters.
Parking is free but fills up: The onsite car park is shared with the Downer Engineering office building — plenty of space on weekday mornings and Sunday evenings, tight on school-holiday afternoons and weekend party slots. Buses on Victoria Rd are a solid plan B.
Flipability program for kids with disabilities: Accessible flipping sessions are offered — contact the venue directly to plan a visit and discuss support needs.
Party packages: Five options (Cool, Awesome, Insane, Mid-Week, Self-Catered) across eight themed rooms. Catered packages have a 10-guest minimum; the self-catered option has no minimum. Book well ahead for weekends.
