Area 51

Area 51
Description
Area 51 is a massive indoor play centre in Castle Hill that holds the title of the largest indoor playground in Sydney, offering 4,000 square meters of high-energy chaos. It’s a multi-level universe of climbing structures and trampolines designed to ensure your kids are thoroughly exhausted before you even hit the car park.
Why We Love It
Huge footprint spanning 4,000sqm, which practically guarantees your children will hit their weekly step count in a single afternoon.
Dedicated Snow World featuring actual falling snow and a winter village, providing the ultimate icy escape when the Sydney heat becomes unbearable.
Separated toddler zone with a fenced ball pit and pint-sized climbing frames, keeping your littlest explorers safe from the trajectory of over-excited big kids.
On-site cafe, serving up the essential caffeine and snacks required to fuel your supervision duties.
Teen-approved attractions including VR arenas and dodgeball courts, making this one of the rare venues that can actually tempt older kids away from their screens.
Good To Know
Tips
Bring your own jacket & gloves for the snow room. While they have some there to hire, it is first come first serve.
Tickets are age based and some areas are restricted based on the age.
This is a nut-free facility, so no nut-based alternative milk is available at the cafe.
Given the size of the venue and the multi-level, interconnected climbing structures, it can be hard to keep track of younger children. To follow them into the play areas you need to purchase a supervisor pass.
They require you to buy their grip socks, they don't allow other grip socks.
Snow world & Dragon Rider VR are an additional cost.
There are plenty of other food options available in the HomeCo centre on Ground level if the onsite cafe doesn't tickle your fancy.
It is located on level 1 at the opposite end to Toymate.

Huge playcentre with lots of stuff to do for all ages! Only drawback is if going with young kids it's hard to keep track of them due to the size and interconnectivity of the climbing structures. Definitely recommend going in with them.
